MINUTE entry before the Honorable Beth W. Jantz: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's Motion to Adopt GMR's Portion of the Status Report 176 . By 6/30/2026, Defendant shall file a response to Plaintiff's motion (not to exceed 6 pages), in which Defendant should specifically address why limited supplemental discovery beyond what Plaintiff advocates for is necessary at the claim construction stage. The Court reminds the parties, as it did in its 5/7/2026 Order, that the bulk of discovery necessary to complete contentions and claim construction for the originally asserted patents has already taken place.
