Motion Hearing
Minutes of proceedings [non-document]: On September 9, 2026, Magistrate Judge Reuben J. Sheperd conducted an in-peron hearing. In attendance were: Plaintiff's representatives Joseph Edery and Charles Ickes with attorneys Marion H. Little, Jr. and Nora K. Cook; and Defendant's representative Gregory Fry with attorney Adam M. Runkle, on behalf of Defendant. The parties were able to reach a stipulated agreement concerning the return of Plaintiff's property in Defendant's possession. That agreement was read into the record and will be set forth in a separate docketed order. Mr. Runkle raised an issue with the Court concerning his request that Plaintiff's post a surety with the Court as discussed at the TRO hearing. The Magistrate Judge did not pass judgment on this issue as it was not contemplated within the September 3, 2026 referral order. (ECRO: E. Bailey. Time: 1 hour 25 minutes). (D,JJ)
