Order
ORDER - On June 15, 2026 the parties submitted a Joint Proposed Scheduling Order with Disagreements (Doc. # 11 ). Based upon communications to the Court, KAT acknowledged that its previously filed Motion to Confirm in Part and Vacate in Part the Arbitration Award, its suggestions and memoranda in support of the Motion and its filings in opposition to L.S. Black's Motion provide the Court with the matters it would like the Court to consider in support of the Motion to Vacate. L.S. Black responded stating it agrees that no additional briefing is necessary and any further briefing would be unnecessarily duplicative. The Court agrees and finds that no additional briefing is necessary and the current pleadings are sufficient for the Court to determine the issues. The Court will advise the parties if it believes oral argument would be helpful after reviewing the pleadings. Signed on 7/24/26 by District Judge Fernando J. Gaitan, Jr. (CLA)
