ORDER granting 35 Motion for Extension of Time. The Scheduling Order, ECF No. 21, is modified as follows: Depositions of experts relating to issues on which the parties bear the burden of proof must be completed by November 2, 2026. The parties must disclose experts relating to issues on which they do not bear the burden of proof by November 30, 2026. Depositions of such experts must be completed by December 31, 2026. A second joint status report of the parties is due January 7, 2027. Dispositive motions, and motions to preclude experts, are due by February 2, 2027.
