ORDER Re: Defendants' Motion to Quash Summons 34 ; Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment 26 by Judge R. Gary Klausner. For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendants' Motion to Set Aside Default and Quash Service of Process.
