ORDER: The Court has reviewed the Parties' Joint Summary of Discovery Dispute regarding the Adequacy of Defendants' Rule 30(b)(6) Designees' Testimony, (Doc. 107 ). Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED setting a Discovery Dispute Hearing to be conducted via Zoom on Thursday, 6/25/2026, at 3:00 PM. The parties will receive connection information in advance of the hearing. The Court is also in receipt of Plaintiff's email inquiring about the procedural vehicle for raising a separate discovery dispute regarding compliance with Doc. 96 . The parties are directed to comply with the procedures set forth in the Scheduling Order (Doc. 20 ). To the extent the parties wish for the Court to address this additional dispute at the hearing set for Thursday, they shall file a joint statement in compliance with Doc. 20 in advance of the hearing.Ordered by Judge Sharad H.
