The parties are reminded to fully exhaust all meet and confer efforts as required under Local Rule 37.2 before filing any discovery motions with the Court. The parties have also engaged in preliminary settlement negotiations and are reminded they may contact the Court's Courtroom Deputy anytime they are interested in participating in a settlement conference with the assigned Magistrate Judge.
