ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT ANKLE & FOOT CARE CENTER, INC.'S MOTION TO DISMISSCOMPLAINT 22 by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: Plaintiff did not file a response to the Motion. The court finds this matter appropriate for resolution without oral argument and VACATES the hearing on the Motion set for July 17, 2026. As Plaintiff failed to file an opposition, response, or other papers that could be construed as a request for an extension of time to respond to the Motion, the court GRANTS the Motion and DISMISSES Plaintiffs claims against Defendant without prejudice. The clerk is directed to terminate Defendant Ankle & Foot Care Center, Inc. from this action. (lc)
