STIPULATION Regarding Damages Evidence (Willis, Christopher) (Entered: 07/27/2026)
Minute
MINUTE entry before the Honorable Keri L. Holleb Hotaling: In-person status hearing held on 7/23/2026. The parties report they are willing to stipulate certain exhibits into evidence for purposes of the Court's damages analysis. The parties shall file by 07/27/2026 a list of all exhibits the parties stipulate shall be in evidence (including both the demonstratives the parties have created and the underlying logs the parties relied on in creating such demonstratives). For the reasons discussed on the record, the Court will not consider the "stricken log" referenced in Dkt. 511 in its analysis, as it is not in evidence and the Defendants will not stipulate to Plaintiff's proposal described on the record regarding the same. The parties also specifically declined the Court's offer for any additional evidentiary hearing. The Court will proceed with the damages analysis using the stipulated exhibits once received. Mailed notice. (vjd, ) (Entered: 07/23/2026)
