FINAL JUDGMENT FOR THE CLAIMS OF SYNETHIA PRYOR, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS MOTHER AND NEXT FRIEND OF MINOR KARLAIJAH PRYOR: This cause coming to be heard on the Complaint, the Defendants' Answers thereto, and the proposed settlement agreement, the Court has considered the testimony of Plaintiff Synethia Pryor and minor Plaintiff Karlaijah Pryor. This Court finds that the settlement, once fully executed, will forever bar any further claims on behalf of the minor, Karlaijah Pryor, arising out of the incident that is described more in the Complaint of this matter. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Plaintiff has and recover from the Defendants the total sum of $20,050.00, which is to be paid as further set out in this order.
