MEMORANDUM ORDER (Denying Motions to Seal and Proceed Under Pseudonyms; Directing Clerk to Unseal Case) - The Court hereby DENIES Plaintiff's Motion to Seal (ECF No. 3 ) and Motion to Proceed Under Pseudonyms (ECF No. 6 ). Plaintiff may refile these documents in accordance with applicable law and this Court's Local Rules. The Court hereby ORDERS the Clerk to UNSEAL this case. However, to protect potentially sensitive information related to a minor that Plaintiff has already filed, the Court ORDERS the Clerk to temporarily MAINTAIN UNDER SEAL each of plaintiff's previously submitted filings. The Court DIRECTS Plaintiff to resubmit ECF Nos. 14 and ECF Nos. 6 -7, along with any accompanying exhibits in compliance with applicable law and this Court's Local Rules within seven (7) days from entry of this Order. If plaintiff seeks to file any of those items under seal, he must demonstrate that he meets the heavy burdens outlined above.
