MINUTE ORDER for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Crystal S. Wildeman: Status Conference held on 6/4/2026. Counsel are ordered to conduct an immediate meet-and-confer in accordance with Rule 26, 37, this Court's order at Dkt. 17, and the Local Rules to discuss substantive discovery issues and attempt resolution of the same. Counsel should also address case management and upcoming deadlines. Should the parties anticipate difficulties in meeting current case management deadlines, the parties should file a joint motion proposing appropriate deadlines. Any such motion should outline the discovery items each party needs to complete. Defendant's deadline to file a Response to Plaintiff's Motion to Compel (Dkt. 32) is extended from June 4, 2026 to June 8, 2026. Should issues be narrowed, or relief sought by Plaintiff change, from that articulated in the Motion to Compel (Dkt. 32), Plaintiff is granted leave to file any amended briefing on or before June 12, 2026. The parties shall file a joint report providing a summary of their meet-and-confer efforts. Said report should be filed on or before June 11, 2026. Plaintiff's Reply to Defendant's Response, if any, is due on or before June 15, 2026. A Telephonic Status Conference is set for July 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., Indianapolis time (EST), before the Honorable Crystal S. Wildeman, United States Magistrate Judge. All Counsel of record, including Attorney Geoffrey D. Spiess, are ORDERED to attend the Telephonic Status Conference.
