IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the deadline for Defendant Capital Athletic Ventures, Inc. to satisfy the attorney fee award entered on September 9, 2026 (Dkt. ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR RELIEF PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 56(D) AND FOR EXTENSION OF TIME - This matter came before the Court on Defendant Capital Athletic Ventures Inc.'s Unopposed Motion for Relief Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(d) and for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. (Dkt. No. 82 ). The Court, having considered the same and being duly advised, now finds that the Unopposed Motion should be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant Capital Athletic Ventures Inc. is permitted to complete the deposition of Plaintiff Oscar Ayala before filing its response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt.
