The Defendant, Magicmotorsport s.r.l.'s ("Magic"), motion to enforce the protective order, see 75 , which the Plaintiff, Dynocom Industries, Inc. ("Dynocom"), does not oppose, is allowed. Any potentially compromised documents retain the protective order designation originally assigned to them by Magic, notwithstanding that Dynocom's expert, Scott Giles, may have uploaded the documents to ChatGPT and "Assist." By October 6, 2026, Mr. Giles is to submit an affidavit to Magic confirming the Magic Bates numbers of the documents that he uploaded to ChatGPT and "Assist." Mr. Giles must delete and destroy all Magic confidential and highly confidential documents in his possession and certify in the affidavit the date on which he completed the deletion and destruction. Mr. Giles shall not receive further Magic confidential and highly confidential documents without prior approval of Magic, which Magic shall not unreasonably withhold, or prior approval of the court.
