The Court discussed the parties' competing proposals for making rolling production and ordered the following: Defendants shall produce the first tranche of documents by July 2, 2026; the second tranche by July 23, 2026; and shall substantially complete production by August 13, 2026. The deadline to serve interrogatories is set for July 31, 2026. By June 26, 2026, the parties shall file either a joint proposed Plaintiff Fact Sheet or competing Plaintiff Fact Sheet proposals.
