ENDORSED ORDER: The plaintiff's unopposed motion (Doc. 48) for leave "to conduct targeted written discovery and to depose the Defendant Officers... to inquire into the Defendants' perspectives and beliefs at the time of the incident" is GRANTED. The parties may conduct discovery on any relevant matter, and discovery must conclude not later than SEPTEMBER 11, 2026. Not later than OCTOBER 2, 2026, the plaintiff may amend the earlier responses to the defendants' converted motions for summary judgement.
