October 26, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. is the final pretrial conference, status conference re disputed exhibits, and hearings on motion(s) in limine. November 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. is the jury trial. Counsel shall prepare all pretrial documents consistent with the Local Rules and this Court's Standing Orders. If at a later time prior to trial the parties conclude that a further settlement conference with a bench officer would be productive, they shall contact the Courtroom Deputy Clerk. IT IS SO ORDERED.
