TEXT ORDER: As discussed during the telephone status conference on 10/13/26, on or before 10/23/26, the parties shall file a joint letter via CM/ECF that either (i) confirms that the parties' disputes regarding a proposed discovery confidentiality order have been resolved; or (ii) identifies any remaining disputes that have not been resolved, consistent with Paragraph 5 of the Court's case management order. The Court will take appropriate action upon receipt of that letter. Additionally, defendant Home Depot shall serve discovery responses no later than 10/27/26; the Milltown Defendants shall serve interrogatory responses on behalf of present Chief DeLorenzo no later than 10/27/26; and the Milltown Defendants shall make a good faith effort to serve interrogatory responses on behalf of former Chief Johnson as soon as reasonably practicable. Defendants may withhold any potentially confidential materials from their productions pending resolution of the dispute regarding the discovery confidentiality order.
