ORDER denying 83 Letter Motion for Conference: Defendant's request for a conference (ECF No. 83) is DENIED as not necessary to resolve this discovery dispute. Defendant's request to limit Plaintiff to 7 hours of testimony by Derrick Wolfe covering both his individual capacity and his role as Derrick Wolfe Trucking, LLC ("DWT")'s Rule 30(b)(6) designee is DENIED. Consistent with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff is not required to combine Wolfe's deposition and DWT's Rule 30(b)(6) deposition into a single, seven-hour deposition. Plaintiff will receive up to seven hours of deposition testimony by Wolfe in his individual capacity and up to seven hours of additional deposition testimony by DWT's Rule 30(b)(6) designee.
