Ainsworth and Zedrick Thomas Braden, III, appear in-person for that hearing to discuss the status of the settlement and next steps. If any counsel has a conflict with this date, they shall contact the Court's Courtroom Deputy Jose Mejia at jose_mejia@ilnd.uscourts.gov to request the hearing be rescheduled and shall copy all parties and counsel in any such request.
