MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley on June 24, 2026: The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Status Report (ECF No. 102 ). In light of the parties' scheduled mediation on August 28, 2026, their expressed willingness to participate in a settlement conference should mediation prove unsuccessful, and a criminal trial scheduled on the Court's trial calendar for October 26, 2026, the Jury Trial currently set for October 26, 2026, is hereby VACATED and RESET to April 26, 2027, at 9:00 AM. The Final Pretrial Conference currently set for August 20, 2026, is likewise VACATED and RESET to February 25, 2027, at 2:00 PM. Both proceedings will be held in Courtroom 2 before Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley. The parties shall file a Joint Pretrial Conference Statement no later than February 18, 2027. In addition, the parties shall file an updated Joint Status Report on or before October 1, 2026, advising the Court of the status of the mediation and whether a referral to a settlement judge is requested.
