ORDER REMANDING ACTION TO STATE COURT - Upon the joint stipulation of the Plaintiff, Katrina Yatsko, and Defendant, Kumho Tire U.S.A., Inc., ("KTUSA"), to remand this action to the Ripley County Circuit Court of the State of Indiana, in which it was originally brought, and this Court having considered the joint stipulation, and all the proceedings had previously, and it appearing to the Court that this Court lacks jurisdiction over this action for the reason that the amount in controversy is insufficient to maintain diversity jurisdiction; now, therefore orders as follows: IT IS ORDERED that the above- entitled action be and is remanded to the Circuit Court of Ripley County in the State of Indiana.
