ORDER VACATING SCHEDULING CONFERENCE by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: On August 14, 2026, the parties filed a Joint Status Report advising the courtregarding the status of the action 47 . The court, having considered the Joint Status Report and finding good cause therefor, hereby ORDERS as follows : 1. The court VACATES the Scheduling Conference set for August 21, 2026. 2. No later than fourteen (14) days after the USA acts upon Dr. Karwinski's claim for damages, or January 29, 2027, whichever is earlier, the parties shall file a joint status report advising the court regarding: a. The current status of the action, and b. Proposed new case management dates, if appropriate. 3. The parties remain under a continuing obligation to promptly notify the court of any substitution of parties, settlement, or other development that may affect the need for a status conference or future scheduling.
