ENDORSED ORDER re: Defendant Simone Gold's 179 Motion to Compel. Defendant Kevin Jenkins has not responded to Gold's motion, despite indicating his opposition in the latter's Local Rule 3.01(g) certification. Out of an abundance of caution, however, the Court will afford Jenkins a brief extension of time to submit his response. Accordingly, no later than July 20, 2026, Jenkins shall file either a response to Gold's motion or a notice stating that he does not contest it. Additionally, the Court notes that Plaintiff's response to the motion calls into question whether Gold has complied with Local Rule 3.01(g). Accordingly, no later than July 20, 2026, Gold shall engage in a good faith conferral with Plaintiff and Jenkins either in person, over the phone, or via videoconference, and shall file a notice confirming that she has done so and describing the results of the conferral.
