PAPERLESS AMENDED ORDER re 195 Order Setting/Resetting/Cancelling Hearing.
Order Setting/Resetting an Evidentiary Hearing set for 8/28/2026 01:30 PM in the Miami Division before Magistrate Judge Edwin G. Torres. The evidentiary hearing is on whether Johannes Floe should be held in contempt of court for violating the 187 04/21/2026 Order compelling him to produce the list of records and other documents requested by Plaintiff, as referenced in Plaintiff's 168 Notice and Motion for Hearing, which the Court converted to a Motion to compel in its 187 Order.
The hearing will take place in person--remote appearance will not be permitted.
The hearing will take place in person at the United States Courthouse, 99 N.E. Fourth St., Tenth Floor, Courtroom Five, Miami, Florida.If the parties are able to manage the pending issues before the Hearing, representatives should contact the court so it can cancel the Hearing.
