ORDER granting 128 Motion for Disbursement of Funds. Consistent with Paragraphs 9.a.i and 9.a.ii of the Consent Decree (Doc. 123 ), notwithstanding the typographical error referencing $10,000 in Paragraph 9.a.ii, and the Court's Order authorizing deposit of the funds (Doc. 125 ), the $2,500 that the Defendants paid into the CRIS (and all accrued interest on that deposit) shall be disbursed to the United States after entry of this Order. The Clerk is directed to make the payment to the order of the United States Department of Justice and reference DJ Case number 90-5-2-1-12138, United States v. Gear Box Z, Inc.
