MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER DENYING Plaintiff's MOTION FOR SANCTIONS PURSUANT TO FED. R.CIV. P. 37 by Magistrate Judge Anna Y. Park: denying 96 MOTION for Sanctions. In consideration of Plaintiff's request to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions after the discovery cutoff, the Court finds that Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions has not been filed with sufficient time to be resolved before the discovery cutoff and does not comply with the Court's Scheduling and Trial Order.
