TEXT ORDER: Cross-claimant and former Defendant Weiner, Shearouse, Weitz, Greenberg & Shaw, LLP, has notified the Court that it intends to dismiss without prejudice its cross-claims against Defendants Kentucky Transportation, Inc., and Tammy Jo Long. (DN 26 ). The Court therefore acknowledges the dismissal of those claims against Kentucky Transportation and Tammy Jo Long, who remain Defendants in the case. With the dismissal of these claims under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1) & (c), the Court dismisses the Cross-claimant from this case under Rule 21.
