Judgment Entry. For the reasons set forth in this Court's June 18, 2026, Memorandum Opinion and Order (Doc. No. 27 ), summary judgment is granted on Count I of the complaint (Doc. No. 1 -1) in favor of plaintiff, Nation Land Company, LLC, and against defendant, Michael L. Sander, in the amount of $1,260,000 from the date of this judgment plus ongoing accruing interest on outstanding principal at the 30% annual standard rate from December 12, 2023, plus ongoing accruing interest at the 40% annual default rate on amounts payable on the note (principal plus 30% interest) from March 12, 2024. For the reasons set forth in the contemporaneously filed Memorandum Opinion and Order (Doc. No. 31 ), Count II is dismissed without prejudice, and there are no counts remaining. This case is closed.
