ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Current and proposed incoming counsel to Defendants have not complied with the Court's previous orders regarding the filing of a proper stipulation to substitute counsel. See Dkt. Orders dated 7/31/2026 and 8/21/2026. Their noncompliance has unnecessarily delayed this case and prevented the Court from addressing pending motions. Both current and proposed incoming counsel to Defendants are ordered to show cause by 9/15/2026 why they should not be sanctioned pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
