Before the Court is Defendant's Motion to extend the parties' deadline from July 13, 2026 (see ECF No. 37 at 2) to July 27, 2026 to File a Joint Claim Construction Chart, Worksheet, and Hearing Statement. Therein, Defendant argues that because Plaintiff served deficient Infringement Contentions and failed to supplement them, Defendant needs Plaintiff's Amended Infringement Contentions to prepare a Joint Claim Construction Chart, Worksheet, and Hearing Statement. ECF No. 40 at 2-3, [40-1] at 3. Plaintiff opposes the Motion. ECF No. 41 ("Opposition"). Based on a review of the Motion, Opposition, and the record, and good cause appearing, the Court GRANTS the Motion. The deadline for filing the Joint Claim Construction Chart, Worksheet, and Hearing Statement is RESET to July 27, 2026.
