ORDER: Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the plaintiff's request with respect to DEP files that had been digitized is granted for USTIF Site files only. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff's request with respect to the digitizati on and production of paper DEP files is granted for USTIF Site files only. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all DEP files for non-USTIF Sites must be produced in digital form by July 31, 2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff is barred from seeking any damages for a non-USTIF Site where a DEP file is not produced in digitized form by July 31, 2026.
