TEXT ORDER: Having reviewed the parties' proposed Stipulation, Defendant's request for an extension of time to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint is GRANTED. In order to give the parties sufficient time to continue their settlement negotiations, the parties are directed to provide a status update by October 21, 2026. Defendant's deadline to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint shall be addressed after the update is submitted. This matter is administratively terminated pending the submission of the status update. The Court is available to conduct a settlement conference with the parties or to discuss settlement with the parties, either jointly or ex parte, if they believe doing so would aid their negotiations.
