Any such briefing must identify the specific document or portion thereof at issue and provide additional factual support and legal authority establishing why sealing is or is not warranted. The briefing must also explain whether redaction would adequately protect the information at issue, and if, so submit the document(s) at issue with proposed redactions. IT IS SO ORDERED.
