Order on Motion to Modify
MINUTE ORDER (paperless), GRANTING parties' 44 Joint Motion to Modify Scheduling Order, and ISSUING the following AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER, first entered on November 18, 2025, and last modified on May 13, 2026:(1) By October 16, 2026, the proponent of any expert witness shall disclose such witness, along with a written report signed by the witness, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2);(2) By November 16, 2026, the opponent of any named expert shall disclose any rebuttal witnesses, along with a written report signed by each rebuttal witness;(3) By December 1, 2026, the proponent of any named expert shall provide any reply expert reports, signed by each witness;(4) By December 29, 2026, all discovery shall close, and the parties shall jointly file a status report advising the Court whether the parties request: (a) that the case be referred for a period of mediation, (b) that dates for a pretrial conference and trial be set, together with submission of three proposed dates for trial, or (c) that dispositive motions be filed on the schedule set out in this Scheduling Order;(5) By February 12, 2027, any dispositive motions shall be filed, with any oppositions to be filed by March 12, 2027, and any replies to be filed by April 5, 2027.
