ORDER re 159 Joint MOTION for Approval of FLSA Settlement Agreement. Upon review of the Joint Motion, the Court finds more information is required to properly evaluate the settlement for fairness. The Court will hold a teleconference in approximately two weeks to discuss its concerns with counsel in greater depth.
