ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Apprise the Court Regarding Service, Appearances, and Defendants' Failure to Respond; and for Clarification Regarding Default. [Dkt. 47 .] The motion is DENIED because it is not a proper motion. Attorney Richard Shagley II has appeared on behalf of himself, [Dkt. 42 ], and has filed a document entitled Notice of Automatic Initial Extension to Reply to Plaintiff's Complaint. [Dkt. 43 .] That Notice is STRICKEN because it was filed in violation of Local Rule 6-1 in several respects. If Mr. Shagley needs additional time to respond to the Amended Complaint, he shall file a motion for extension of time that complies with Local Rule 6-1 within three days of the date of this Order.
