R. Evid. 401, 702, 703, 704, or 705 are governed by the operative Trial Preparation Conference Order [# 50 ], which may only be amended or revised on motion directed to and resolved by the presiding district judge. Any extension of a pretrial deadline that effectively deprives the presiding district judge of the opportunity to proceed to trial as set may result in a sua sponte revision of the extension of the pretrial deadline or the vacatur and continuance of the trial.
