ORDER: The Court has received Defendants' 670 opposition and Plaintiff's 671 motion for leave to reply. Defendants' brief is significantly longer than the 25 pages permitted by the Court's Individual Rule 3.B. The Court orders Defendants to re-file a conforming brief by June 22, 2026. The brief filed at Dkt. 670 will not be considered by the Court. Plaintiff's request for leave to file a reply is granted. Plaintiff will have 14 days after Defendants re-file their opposition to file a reply. The Court disregards Defendants' 672 letter opposing Plaintiff's motion for leave, which was filed without the Court's prior consent, in violation of the filing injunction in this case. (See 5/4/2026 Dkt. Order ("As the Court has made clear, any filings by either side made in violation of the filing injunction will be disregarded by the Court and could lead to sanctions."
