MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Judge Dominic W Lanza Discovery Dispute Hearing held on 7/13/2026. Argument presented as to the Joint Discovery Dispute Regarding Firman's Response to Requests for Production No. 18. (Doc. 281 .) For the reasons stated on the record, to the extent the discovery dispute at Document 281 is a motion to compel Firman to provide an additional response to RFP No. 18, as it is narrowed in Champion's position, that request is denied. The parties' Stipulation and Joint Motion Re Amended Infringement Contentions (Doc. 284 ) is granted. Champion is granted leave to amend its infringement contentions as proposed. Firman is granted leave to file a motion to compel compliant amendments within seven (7) days from entry of this order. Firman shall serve its proposed responsive noninfringement, unenforceability, and invalidity contentions 14 days after either (1) Champion serves updated amended infringement contentions (for which the parties agree there would be good cause) following the Court's resolution of Firman's motion to compel, or (2) the Court holds that no such updates are required.
