PTAB Scraps Most Of Robot Vacuum Patent
The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has found that most of the claims in a patent covering a newer feature on iRobot brands of robotic floor cleaners would have been obvious from older patents, a decision that comes a little over a month after a U.S. International Trade Commission judge ruled that products made by rival SharkNinja likely infringed the patent.

PTAB Reverses Denial Of SharkNinja IPR Request
The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has agreed to review an iRobot Corp. patent related to a robotic floor cleaner, reversing course from an earlier decision where it had shot down SharkNinja's request for review.
