Judgment - Consent
CONSENT DECREE. Signed by Judge John W. Sedwick on 3/4/16. (RMC, COURT STAFF)
Order
TEXT ORDER re 5 Notice (Other) and 17 MOTION for Settlement. The court has reviewed the filings at dockets 5, 5-1, and 17, and is inclined to grant the motion at docket 17 by entering the proposed consent decree. However, the court has two concerns. First, the filing at docket 17 does not explain why a public comment period is not required. Obviously, at one point, it was thought to be necessary. Plaintiff will please promptly file a succinct notice explaining why a public comment period is not required. Second, plaintiff is directed to email a copy of the proposed consent degree to sedwick_chambers@akd.uscourts.gov in Word or Word Perfect format. (GMM, CHAMBERS STAFF)
