DOCKET ENTRY ORDER. The Court has considered Defendants' Response (Dkt. 72 ) to its order denying Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute and granting Plaintiff's Motion for Extension (Dkt. 71 ). Requests for extension are a matter of discretion. The Court finds good cause supports Plaintiff's request. Thus, in its discretion, the Court will not alter or amend its prior order.
