ORDER TO FILE AMENDED EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT. It is ORDERED that Plaintiff file, within thirty (30) days of the date of this order, an amended Employment Discrimination Complaint on the court-approved form, available at www.cod.uscourts.gov, that complies with the directives in this order.
