MINUTE ORDER: The 52 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Treat Request for Clarification as a Supplemental Objection is DENIED. As the Court previously stated, the Court already permitted Plaintiff to significantly exceed the page limitations for his objections. See [Doc. 50]. The Court does not find good cause to permit Plaintiff to file additional untimely objections. Furthermore, dismissal of Plaintiff's Motion is also appropriate because it does not contain a conferral statement, as required by the Local Rules. See D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(a). Finally, the Motion does not comply with the undersigned's Standing Order Regarding the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence ("AI") in Court Filings. The Court's Standing Order is available on the District of Colorado's website at http://www.cod.uscourts.gov/Portals/0/Documents/Judges/NYW/NYW_Standing_Order_Regarding_AI_Certification.pdf.
