Racketeer/Corrupt Organization | Connecticut
Order on Motion for Extension of Time
ORDER granting in part and denying in part 81 Plaintiff's motion to coordinate Rule 12 response deadlines and for disability-base scheduling modification. Plaintiff shall file any opposition to any motions to dismiss the complaint filed by any Defendant on or before October 23, 2026, by December 4, 2026 (including the motion to dismiss filed by Defendants Brock & Scott, PLLC, and Knickerbocker). Plaintiff is also permitted to separately file oppositions to any Rule 12 motion, provided that such opposition briefs comply with the Local Rules in full, including the page limitations. The Court, however, denies the motion with respect to linking Plaintiff's deadline with any further extension of time that may be granted to Defendants, as motions for extension of time will be addressed individually. Signed by Judge Sarala V. Nagala on 9/3/2026. (IM)
