Upon consideration of the 61 Joint Status Report, and in the interests of judicial economy and efficiency, it is hereby ORDERED that this case, including briefing for and consideration of the 27 Sealed Motion for Leave to File Document Under Seal, is stayed. Within 14 days of the Court of Appeals entering a decision in the pending appeal, No. 25-5387, the Parties shall file a Joint Status Report that includes a proposed schedule for the resumption of briefing on pending and future motions.
