TRUE COPY ORDER of USCA as to 551 Notice of Appeal filed by Central Bank of Sudan USCA Case Number 18-302. The Central Bank of Sudan moves for summary vacatur or reversal of a January 2017 district court turnover order and a January 2018 district court order denying the Central Bank of Sudan's motion to vacate the January 2017 order. Upon due consideration, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED, the district court's orders are VACATED, and the action is REMANDED to the district court for any further proceedings that may be appropriate. The Supreme Court's decision in Republic of Sudan v. Harrison, 139 S. Ct. 1048, 1062 (2019), and the vacatur of the underlying judgment for damages have eliminated the basis for the district court,s orders and foreclose any nonfrivolous argument in this appeal by the Plaintiffs-Appellees.. Catherine O'Hagan Wolfe, Clerk USCA for the Second Circuit. Certified: 2/14/2020..(nd)
