MINUTE ORDER: Plaintiff has moved for leave to amend his complaint to "substitute as Defendant the United States of America." ECF No. 22 at 3. Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(2), "a party may amend its pleading only with the opposing party's written consent or the court's leave." Defendant has given its written consent, and so Plaintiff does not require leave of Court to amend his complaint. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's 22 Motion for Leave to Amend is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint substituting the United States of America for the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board as the named Defendant by August 6, 2026.
