ORDER: Defendants' motion to dismiss, (Doc. 25 ), is GRANTED. Plaintiff's amended complaint (Doc. 6 ) is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to state a claim. Plaintiffs motions for leave to file her proposed amended complaints, (Docs. 29 , 39 , 44 ), are DENIED because the proposed amendments are futile. Plaintiff's motions for appointment of counsel, (Docs. 3 , 13 ), are DENIED. Plaintiff's motion for an extension of time to serve Defendant Williams, (Doc. 42 ), is DENIED as moot. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this action, she is DIRECTED to file not later than August 28, 2026, a second amended complaint that cures the deficiencies identified in this order.
