Minute Order Order on Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler on 8/21/2026. Before this Court is Plaintiff's motion for leave to file a consolidated opposition to Defendants' motions to dismiss. ECF No. 64. As the previous judge has stricken the motions to dismiss (see ECF No. 51), there is nothing for Plaintiff to oppose. Therefore, this Court DENIES ECF No. 64 as moot. In the event that Defendants move to dismiss Plaintiff's complaint again, and Plaintiff wishes to request leave to file a large opposition, he may file the appropriate motion at that time.
